Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital, MarTech, and web development projects. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams across clients and internal product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Delivery

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of projects across web development, MarTech implementations, and internal tools

Own planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery timelines

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

Conduct regular status calls, share updates, and manage expectations

Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks

Team Coordination

Work closely with frontend, backend, analytics, and design teams

Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure closure

Remove blockers and ensure smooth execution

Process & Reporting

Maintain project trackers, timelines, and documentation (Jira / Sheets / Notion)

Build structured reports for leadership (progress, risks, dependencies)

Drive sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Risk & Escalation Management

Identify risks proactively and create mitigation plans

Escalate issues at the right time with clear solutions

Required Skills

56 years of experience in project management (agency or tech environment preferred)

Strong understanding of digital ecosystem: websites, APIs, analytics, marketing tech

Experience handling multiple clients/projects simultaneously

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Google Sheets

Basic understanding of tech stack (APIs, frontend/backend flow, tracking systems like GA4, GTM)

Good to Have

Experience in MarTech, media buying, or analytics-driven projects

Exposure to Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads ecosystems

Experience managing data or automation projects
