Job Description

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, WBS, and schedules to ensure timely execution of engineering and development activities.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, QA) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Manage project budgets, including quarterly planning and adjustments to ensure cost control.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project charters, risk registers, scope documents, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project performance and provide regular updates, highlighting deviations, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Communicate effectively and conduct briefings/training on processes and policies for stakeholders.
• Manage IPR and ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) related processes and communications.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes, tools, and reporting.

Educational Qualification

• B.E / B. Tech (Any Stream)
• 3 years and more
