Senior Program Director

This role is accountable for driving strategic program management and delivery excellence business. Drive the portfolio of Programs in Data Engineering, Data Science & AI within the given cost and margin and provide customer satisfaction that complies with the quality and delivery parameters.

The position ensures alignment of program objectives with organizational goals, oversees complex service delivery initiatives, and provides visionary leadership to enable transformation and operational efficiency at scale.

Location: Noida / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead program management for Data Engineering programs and ensuring seamless execution of large-scale initiatives.
2. Define and implement Data and AI strategy, Cloud platforms, and automation tools to optimize operational performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Oversee risk management and compliance activities by applying enterprise governance standards and monitoring regulatory adherence throughout program lifecycles.
4. Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to Data program teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and transformation.
5. Program and Delivery Management in Data Programs and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of time| cost and quality are met
6. Support business development activities for new Data business and source further business from the existing client
7. To anchor process improvement/compliance and other organizational initiatives
8. Effectively drive multiple teams in delivering EE/EN/NN accounts as per SOW commitments and oversee all facets of delivery ensuring high operational & delivery excellence standards are met across all accounts.
9. Strategize and execute operations towards organizational objectives and support achievement of desired goals and objectives
10. Oversee overall P&L and execute strategies to improve account margins & enhance growth of new business.
