Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Procurement Manager. The incumbent will oversee the procurement process, including sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines. Key responsibilities include contract management, evaluating supplier performance, managing vendor relationships, optimizing procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role requires strong analytical capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities and align procurement efforts with project goals.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute sourcing strategies that guarantees the best costs for goods and services for the company.
• Oversee the procurement process from start to finish, and maintain logs at every step of the way.
• Foster long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers who provide the best offers during supply chain procurement.
• Finalise product purchases and follow up on its timely delivery.
• Negotiate with existing and potential suppliers and review the present contracts to ensure the future scope of business for procurement and vendor management.
