We are looking for a highly skilled Senior NetSuite Developer with strong expertise in Finance and ERP implementations to support and drive our internal NetSuite ERP implementation and stabilization initiatives. This role will work closely with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to optimize and enhance the NetSuite ecosystem across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in NetSuite customization, SuiteScript development, finance modules, ERP integrations, and reporting while acting as a techno-functional bridge between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Implementation & Customization

• Design, develop, and implement NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Build custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using SuiteScript 1.0/2.0.
• Customize dashboards, saved searches, reports, forms, and modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite technical and functional issues.
• Manage NetSuite configurations, enhancements, and customization requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ERP initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior NetSuite developers.

Finance & Accounting Modules

Manage and optimize:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Revenue Recognition
• Financial Reporting & MIS

Project Management & Billing

• Support Project Management module configurations for IT services projects.
• Enable processes for:
• Time & Material (T&M)
• Fixed Price projects
• Handle:
• Project costing
• Time tracking
• Project billing
• Profitability tracking

Fixed Assets Management

• Manage asset capitalization, depreciation, and lifecycle tracking using NetSuite Fixed Assets module.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain financial reports, MIS dashboards, and ERP insights.
• Support leadership with ERP-driven reporting and analytics improvements.

Stakeholder & User Support

• Act as a techno-functional bridge between Finance, Technology, and Business teams.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training.
• Drive ERP process optimization and best practices across departments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with NetSuite ERP
• Hands-on expertise in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0
• Experience with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboard customization
• Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes
• Experience in ERP customization and workflow automation
• ERP integrations with Zoho and Salesforce
• Financial Reporting & MIS Reporting expertise
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in B.Tech, B.E, B.Sc, BCA, or MCA
• 47 years of experience in ERP systems and finance processes
• NetSuite Certification preferred
• Experience in Project Accounting & Billing is an added advantage
