We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager / Manager Interior Design to join our team and lead the design, tendering, and execution phases of premium real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP, structural, and signage teams to ensure seamless design integration.
• Review design submissions, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Establish and monitor design quality-control procedures.
• Vet project designs and scope of work in line with project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify critical technical and commercial requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Tendering & Procurement Support

• Coordinate preparation and review of tender drawings and BOQs.
• Support complete tendering package submissions.
• Review vendor technical capabilities, approved makes, specifications, and commercial proposals.
• Provide technical support during contract negotiations and vendor selection.

Construction & Execution

• Coordinate with consultants and site teams for GFC drawings and design clarifications.
• Review site-driven design modifications and obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Monitor quality standards and recommend technical solutions when required.
• Ensure materials and finishes are executed as per approved specifications and design intent.

Post-Construction & Handover

• Track snag closure and rectification activities.
• Support commissioning and smooth project handover.
• Review O&M manuals, vendor documentation, and close-out reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful transition of completed projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
• 1218 years of experience in Interior Design, Project Coordination, and Construction Management.
• Strong exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Excellent understanding of design development, tendering, procurement, execution, and project handover processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, consultant coordination, and technical review capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality, timelines, and budget objectives.
