Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Interior Designer role, based in Mumbai. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and executing interior design projects, including creating innovative designs, collaborating with clients, preparing construction drawings, and overseeing project implementation. The role also involves conducting space planning analysis, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and ensuring that all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements.

5+ years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency or design studio environment.

A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital, and print work.

Mastery of design tools Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally motion/After Effects.

Excellent communication skills you can articulate why a design decision works, not just show it.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead without ego.

Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Interior Design and creating cohesive designs aligned with client needs
• Experience in Space Planning and Architecture to maximize functionality and aesthetics of layouts
• Expertise in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of FF&E selection and specification, ensuring design quality and client satisfaction
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CAD or other relevant design software
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Professional experience in high-end residential and/or commercial design is an advantage
