Job Title: Senior Human Resource Manager

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 8+ Years


Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Human Resource Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions for a fast-growing organization. This role demands a strong blend of strategic HR leadership and hands-on execution, with close collaboration with business leaders to drive talent, culture, performance, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Business Partnering

  • Partner with leadership and functional heads to align HR initiatives with business goals
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and capability development
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people management, performance, and organizational culture

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Own and drive recruitment strategy across lateral and campus hiring
  • Improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience
  • Work with business leaders on headcount planning and resource forecasting

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, and separations
  • Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across the lifecycle
  • Design retention strategies to minimize unwanted attrition

Performance & Talent Management

  • Lead performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals
  • Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, and development planning
  • Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning initiatives

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and execute employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and sensitive workplace matters
  • Promote an inclusive, high-performance, and values-driven culture

HR Operations & Policies

  • Ensure smooth execution of HR operations with accuracy and consistency
  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave governance

Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory regulations
  • Manage audits, statutory documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • Advise leadership on HR risk management and compliance matters

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, productivity, and utilization
  • Present insights and dashboards to leadership for data-driven decisions
  • Leverage people analytics to improve HR effectiveness


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 815 years of progressive HR experience
  • Prior experience in IT / GCC / Services / Product-led environments preferred

  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth understanding of HR operations and people processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proven experience handling employee relations and sensitive issues
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment


Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting multi-location or distributed teams
  • Exposure to scaling organizations or GCC setups
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, and people analytics tools
