About the Role:

Were looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to take ownership of building highly-performant, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces across our product suite. Youll be expected to lead by example writing clean, maintainable code, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values clean UI/UX design, and is ready to make a meaningful impact in an early-stage, mission-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain frontend features using React.js and Next.js

Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver seamless and efficient user experiences

Own key parts of the frontend stack and guide technical direction for UI components and frameworks

Optimize code for performance, SEO, and accessibility

Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and mentor junior engineers

Stay current with industry best practices and recommend improvements to team workflows

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

What You Bring:

45 years of experience in modern frontend development

Deep knowledge of React.js and production-level experience with Next.js

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.)

Solid understanding of performance tuning, SSR, dynamic routing, and API integrations

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and debugging tools

Experience working in Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
