Job Description
Meeting the penetration percentage targets of HDFC products along with achieving the GWP (Gross Written Premium) and market share targets decided by the company ? Cross-selling of products to maximize the profit ? Regular interaction and co-ordination with the line managers, channel partners, Third-Party Team (TPT), Area sales manager, Business Development Representatives (BDR) and other sales managers of the bank ? Connecting with the various teams including the operations and sales team of HDFC ERGO for any claim related setelements ? Providing the required training to the Business Development Representatives ? Achieving the daily target of 10 calls and reporting the work daily through on-call (huddles) ? Containing required product knowledge and ready to travel minimum 2 to 3 days weekly ? Adherence to 100% compliance
