Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

58 years of experience in software development

Strong experience in lending domain proven hands-on expertise:

o .NET Core, Web APIs

o Microservices architecture

o Angular or React

Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Experience with SQL Server

Solid understanding of system design and distributed systems

Demonstrated significant contribution to AI-driven application development, such as:

o Designing and implementing AI-powered features within products

o Integrating ML models / AI APIs into production systems

o Building or contributing to intelligent workflows (decisioning, automation, predictions)

Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable banking & lending solutions (LOS/LMS platforms)

Actively contribute to hands-on coding (50%+) across backend and frontend

Build robust backend systems using .NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture

Develop responsive UI using Angular or React

Drive AI integration into applications, ensuring real business impact

Solve complex technical challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Contribute to system design, architecture, and performance optimization

Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and engineering best practices

Support cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines (Azure/AWS)
