Senior Dev Ops Engineer

At Stockwiz, we're building Stryke & StrykeX advanced trading and algorithmic execution platforms operating in real-time market environments.

Our infrastructure isn't just cloud plumbing. It directly impacts trade execution, latency, and user outcomes.

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who owns infra end-to-end not someone who raises tickets, but someone who makes decisions.

What You'll Own

AWS infrastructure EC2, VPC, IAM, Auto Scaling

Self-hosted databases on EC2 PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

Container orchestration Kubernetes (EKS) & Amazon ECS

Cost optimization Reserved Instances, right-sizing, eliminating waste

CI/CD pipelines GitHub Actions / Terraform / zero-downtime deploys

Monitoring & alerting CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

Security IAM, secrets management, firewalls, network policies

You're a Strong Fit If You Have

4+ years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering

Hands-on AWS expertise

Experience running self-hosted infra on EC2

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and/or Amazon ECS

Real understanding of cost vs performance trade-offs

Proficiency in Docker

Experience with IaC (Terraform preferred)

Bonus points for:

Background in fintech / trading systems

Experience with low-latency or real-time architectures

Comfort with event-driven systems and WebSockets
