In this role, you won't just build modelsyoull own the entire lifecycle, from architecting scalable solutions on AWS to translating complex insights for executive leadership.

What Youll Do:

• Lead GenAI Strategy: Design and deploy production-ready LLM and ML solutions that solve high-impact business problems.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take projects from ideation and "napkin math" to full-scale deployment and MLOps.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Sales, Pricing, and Ops teams to identify ROI-driven AI opportunities.
• Mentor & Scale: Foster technical excellence by guiding junior scientists and driving a culture of innovation.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 56 years in DS/ML (including hands-on Generative AI development).
• Tech Stack: Expert-level Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Cloud & Engineering: Proven track record with AWS and building scalable data pipelines.
