About Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Senior Engineer / Architect to lead the design, support, and optimization of our on-premises Dynamics CRM environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining system stability, driving upgrades and migrations, and delivering scalable CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 (on premises) environment
• Handle day-to-day support operations, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance tuning
• Plan and execute server upgrades, security patches, and system maintenance
• Monitor system health, availability, and reliability
• Architect and design scalable CRM solutions
• Provide technical guidance to development and support teams
• Ensure adherence to best practices in CRM implementation and maintenance
• Customize Dynamics CRM using: Plugins, workflows, and custom workflows, JavaScript, .NET, and CRM SDK
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
• Lead or support CRM upgrades and migration initiatives (on-prem to newer versions or cloud, if applicable)
• Conduct impact analysis and risk mitigation for upgrades
• Ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during transitions
• Implement and maintain CRM security models (roles, permissions, access control)
• Ensure compliance with organizational and data security standards

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 (on premises)
• Proven experience in support operations: Server upgrades, Security patching, Bug fixing and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of CRM architecture and infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in Dynamics CRM support, customization, and migration projects
• Experience with DevOps practices and release management
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM / D365
