Senior CMF Designer@ KIA India Design Center

Color is culture. Material is memory. Finish is the final word a car says to its owner.

Kia India Design Center is hiring a Senior CMF Designer in Hyderabad.

CMF is where a car becomes a feeling. Were looking for a designer who understands this and who can translate the climate, light, ceremony, and daily ritual of contemporary India into specific color, material, and finish decisions that feel both globally Kia and unmistakably grounded in place.

Youll own CMF direction across exterior and interior from concept through production.

Youll develop color masters, material libraries, and finish specifications. Youll collaborate directly with HQ CMF in Namyang as a co-author.

Youll work with textile mills, finish houses, and trend partners. And youll mentor the next generation of CMF designers in material literacy and the cultural reading that distinguishes a CMF decision from a CMF choice.

710 years of CMF experience automotive, premium consumer products, or fashion/lifestyle brands. Deep material literacy. Strong color sense grounded in theory, history, and cultural reading. Inspiration drawn daily from beyond the auto industry.

If you believe material is a sensory argument and your work should be felt as well as seen, this is where you belong.

Hyderabad, India
