Sorted Branding is looking for a senior-level business development professional who can independently handle discovery calls, strategy discussions, negotiations, and high-ticket closures for branding & packaging projects.
This is not a lead generation role.
We are specifically looking for someone who understands consultative selling, founder conversations, and premium creative/service-based sales.
Youll be working closely with founders, D2C brands, FMCG businesses, alcohol brands, wellness startups, and emerging consumer brands across India & global markets.
What were looking for:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle high-value founder conversations
Experience in agency/service sales preferred
Someone who understands branding, packaging, websites, creative ecosystems, or premium services
Ability to build trust, create urgency, and close effectively
Self-driven & ownership-oriented mindset
Compensation:
6LPA 10LPA + strong commission structure
