Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5+ Years (relevant experience only)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only
Job Description (Key Skills & Responsibilities):
- Strong hands-on experience with Rubrik Backup & Data Protection in enterprise environments
- Support BAU backup operations with 24/5 shift coverage and rotational weekend on-call
- Analyze and resolve backup failures, configure SLA domains, and ensure high backup success rates
- Perform capacity management, incident handling, and escalations following ITIL processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure service resilience for a global financial services platform
