Senior Automation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with experience in the Banking domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in automation testing using WebdriverIO, along with hands-on experience in API testing and Agile methodologies. The role requires a good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test management using Jira.

Experience: 4-8 yrs

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using WebdriverIO
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman/Rest Assured
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Identify, log, and track defects using Jira
• Ensure quality of deliverables in the Banking domain applications
• Perform regression, functional, and integration testing
• Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks
