Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role, located in Raipur. The Senior Architect will oversee the end-to-end architectural design and project management process. Daily responsibilities include developing innovative design concepts, managing architectural projects, collaborating with teams, supervising junior staff, coordinating with site agencies and site visits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Architecture and Architectural Design with a proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative and functional designs.
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordinating, and supervising multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage client relationships and lead design teams effectively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional experience in luxury housing will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in design and architectural software.
