Senior Architect

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Kozhikode, Kerala. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design initiatives, develop and implement designed concepts, oversee project management tasks, and ensure project milestones are met. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless integration of design elements while adhering to client requirements. The position also includes mentoring junior team members and optimizing workflows for project success.

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and functional designs
• Proficiency in Project Management, including budget planning, scheduling, and team coordination
• Experience in Software Development and Integration as it pertains to architectural solutions and design tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in architecture and interior design
• Knowledge of regional laws and regulations is an advantage
• Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities
