Search Engine Optimization Specialist

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for executing high-volume GEO operational workflows that support search optimization and AI-driven content processes. This role focuses on prompt creation, quality assurance, and platform configuration to ensure efficient client onboarding and ongoing operational support. The ideal candidate will combine strong SEO operational knowledge with attention to detail to manage structured workflows, maintain prompt libraries, and ensure data accuracy at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and maintain large prompt libraries, ensuring accuracy, structure, and consistency.

Support platform configuration and setup during client onboarding and implementation.

Conduct detailed QA checks to ensure prompt nuance, quality, and scalability across workflows.

Prepare structured inputs and documentation for audits, reporting, and operational tracking.

Maintain process documentation, trackers, and SOPs to support operational efficiency.

Assist with recurring reporting, data validation, and data hygiene activities.

Required Qualifications

36 years of experience in SEO operations, campaign management, or marketing technology

operations.

Strong attention to detail and process discipline with the ability to manage high-volume workflows.

Comfortable handling repetitive but detail-oriented operational tasks.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred / Nice to Have

Exposure to prompt engineering or AI-driven marketing tools.

Experience in technical SEO or content optimization.
