Whizz HR is hiring SEO Specialist for an Agency in Bengaluru :

We are hiring a SEO Specialist to lead organic growth for a portfolio of client accounts

while managing strategy, execution quality, and team output. This role is suited for an

experienced agency-side SEO professional who can balance hands-on problem-solving with

people and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for driving measurable business

outcomes through SEO, ensuring delivery excellence, and building strong client confidence in

Webenzas SEO capability.

Key Responsibilities

Own SEO strategy and performance for multiple client accounts across industries

Translate client business objectives into scalable, outcome-driven SEO roadmaps

Oversee on-page, technical, content, and internal linking initiatives across accounts

Lead technical SEO audits and guide implementation with development teams

Review and validate SEO recommendations for quality, feasibility, and impact

Act as the primary SEO stakeholder in client discussions, reviews, and planning sessions

Identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis, SERP trends, and content

gaps

Ensure SEO best practices are embedded across CMS workflows and site templates

Manage, mentor, and review work of Assistant Managers and Executives

Collaborate with content, performance marketing, UX, and tech teams

Contribute to SEO process improvements, frameworks, and documentation

Own the identification, analysis, and application of emerging trends in AIO/GEO and

LLM-driven search experiences.

Plan, strategize, and guide the execution of initiatives that improve client website

visibility across AI Overviews, Generative Search, and large language model (LLM)

platforms.

Key Deliverables

SEO strategies and prioritized roadmaps aligned to client goals

Keyword research frameworks, clustering, and page-level mapping

Technical SEO audit reports with impact-based prioritization

Content optimization and creation recommendations driven by search intent

On-page optimization guidelines and implementation checklists

Competitor benchmarking and opportunity analysis reports

SEO performance dashboards and insight-led reports

Validation of SEO implementations and post-deployment analysis

SEO inputs for website migrations, redesigns, and new launches

Team-level delivery plans and quality review feedback

Required Skills & Experience (Including Tools)

57 years of hands-on SEO experience, with significant agency exposure

Proven experience managing multiple client accounts concurrently

Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and large-scale site optimization

Experience working with diverse CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, custom CMS)

Clear understanding of how SEO contributes to leads, conversions, and revenue

Ability to manage stakeholders, set expectations, and defend SEO strategy
