Salary: 3.6 Lakhs to 8.4 Lakhs

We are (The Adroit) looking for a highly motivated and passionate SEO Manager who is eager to build a strong career in digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of SEO and a strong desire to lead, learn, and grow into a future SEO expert.

You will play a key role in improving website visibility on search engines like Google through research, analysis, and the execution of effective SEO strategies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct website audits and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Perform keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies

Execute on-page, off-page, and content optimization activities

Manage link-building initiatives and outreach campaigns

Monitor performance, analyze data, and prepare reports

Continuously improve search rankings and organic traffic

Lead and manage a team of 34 members, ensuring productivity and quality delivery

Manage and execute SEO strategies for international clients across multiple geographies, ensuring localization and market-specific optimization

Implement advanced strategies including AEO, GEO, and leverage AI-driven tools and technologies for SEO growth

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (preferred) in Computer Science, IT, or Mass Media
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good understanding of SEO concepts and best practices
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to conduct independent research and solve problems
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to deadlines and quality work
