Key Responsibilities:

Develop, own, and execute an end-to-end SEO strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.
Drive organic performance across rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Lead technical SEO initiatives, including audits, site health, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
Enhance on-page SEO through improved content structure, relevance, and depth.
Partner with content teams to build intent-driven, high-quality, and scalable content.
Optimize for AI-led search and conversational queries, ensuring readiness for evolving discovery platforms.
Strengthen topical authority, entity signals, and E-E-A-T principles.
Track performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog, and share actionable insights.
Identify risks, opportunities, and optimization areas proactively.
Act as the SEO point of contact and present strategies, insights, and performance updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Paid Media, Analytics, and Brand.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proven 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency environment, with proven leadership exposure
Strong expertise in on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content-led organic growth strategies
Proficient with SEO and analytics tools including Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
Solid understanding of current SEO best practices, search algorithms, and reporting frameworks
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and website architecture for SEO optimization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
