The Impact Youll Drive

• Manage and update website content regularlytext, images, videos, and multimedia.
• Ensure smooth website functioning, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the technical team.
• Monitor and analyze website performance and user behavior using analytics tools.
• Implement SEO best practices with content, keywords, and meta tags in collaboration with the SEO team.
• Partner with the content team to align all web material with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure layouts and navigation enhance user experience.
• Coordinate with developers to manage updates, new features, and technical fixes.
• Ensure websites are mobile-responsive, cross-browser compatible, and meet accessibility standards.
• Manage CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Strapi, Drupal, HubSpot) for seamless content publishing.
• Generate regular reports on website performance, traffic, conversions, and user engagement.
• Share actionable insights and recommendations to improve online effectiveness.

The Skills That Seal the Deal

• 0.6 2 years of hands-on experience in website management or a similar role.
• Curiosity to learn and experiment with GenAI tools to enhance efficiency and elevate web performance.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Strapi, Drupal, or HubSpot.
• Good knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and cross-device responsiveness.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with an eye for detail and performance optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with content, design, and tech teams seamlessly.
