Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master & Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution while driving Agile excellence. This role requires a professional who can lead project, manage stakeholders, and translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and leadership to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

Skills, Experience & Key Responsibilities:

• Own delivery across Data & AI / Microsoft projects (Azure, Power Platform, D365)
• Run sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and overall delivery status
• Work with Product Owner on backlog planning, prioritization, and readiness
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Convert unclear requirements into structured and actionable tasks
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD where needed)
• Interact with stakeholders to understand needs and clarify requirements
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and keep delivery aligned to business needs
• Support UAT and validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations
• Guide the team on best practices and improve ways of working
• Communicate clearly, simplify problems, and work effectively with distributed teams
