SAP SD Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) to lead and support end-to-end SAP implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong business process knowledge across Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles and hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, integrations, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including:
• Sales Order Management
• Pricing & Billing
• Shipping & Delivery
• Credit Management
• Returns & Rebates
• Output Determination
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP modules including MM, FI, WM/EWM, and PP.
• Support integrations with third-party systems, interfaces, and middleware platforms.
• Drive UAT, training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide scalable SAP SD solutions.
• Participate in S/4HANA migration, transformation, or rollout initiatives.
• Mentor junior consultants and support project governance activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Pricing Procedures
• ATP
• Credit Management
• Intercompany Sales
• Batch Management
• IDOCs & Integrations
• Output Types
• Availability Check
• Billing Processes
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of OTC business processes.
• Experience in at least 23 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders and drive requirement workshops.
• Good exposure to integration with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, and CRM.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
