We at Coforge are seeking a SAP SD Consultant with following skill set:

Provide Level 2/3 support for the OrdertoCash (O2C) process, including root cause analysis, configuration of scope items, understanding SAP value flows, and handling basic howto queries, aligned with industryleading practices for SAP S/4HANA Public Edition.
Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into SAPstandard solutions.
Willingness and readiness to work in rotational shifts as required.
Provide support for solutions based on SAP S/4HANA Public Edition, SAP BTP, and other SAP solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert in Central Business Configuration (CBC).
Ensure timely incident and ticket resolution in compliance with defined SLAs.
Manage Change Requests (CRs) by: Gathering and analyzing client requirements, Designing, developing, and documenting solution designs & Ensuring alignment with business needs.
Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with the clients existing system landscape and any additional required solutions.
Oversee and support testing activities to ensure solutions meet client requirements and are defectfree.
Share indepth knowledge of SAP solutions and best practices with other team members and stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of SAP functional/technical and solution architecture experience.
Handson experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Edition.
At least 2 - 3 endtoend lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA Public Edition.
1 - 2 support project experiences in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
