SAP PP with Variant Configuration

Were looking for an SAP PP Consultant with strong experience in Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) within SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP possessing 6 Years relevant into SAP PP. The role involves designing and implementing configurable product solutions for complex manufacturing scenarios.

Location : Willing to Travel based on Project Need

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PP module:
• MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders
• Design and implement Variant Configuration (VC) models:
• Characteristics, Classes, Dependencies
• Work with configurable materials (KMAT) and Super BOMs
• Integrate PP with:
• SD (Sales & Distribution) for sales order configuration
• MM (Material Management) for procurement
• Develop and maintain:
• Object dependencies (procedures, constraints, preconditions)
• Support Make-to-Order (MTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes
• Participate in:
• Requirement gathering
• Blueprinting / Fit-Gap analysis
• Testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
• Go-live and support
