Job Description
We are hiring for SAP CX Lead
Experience: 8+ Years
Locations: Bangalore & Hyderabad
Notice period: Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP CX solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand customer experience requirements and translate them into scalable SAP CX solutions.
- Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise systems such as ERP, S/4HANA, and third-party platforms.
- Manage project delivery, timelines, resources, and quality of deliverables.
- Provide leadership to functional and technical teams, including mentoring and performance management.
- Drive integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and SAP integration tools.
- Ensure best practices in data management, customer journeys, and omnichannel engagement.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demos, and client proposals when required.
- Monitor system performance and continuously improve CX processes and user experience.
