Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Functional Architect with strong expertise in SAP CRM functional processes, solution architecture, and end-to-end implementation/support experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions

Design and configure SAP CRM functional modules and processes

Work on SAP CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Interaction processes

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, enhancements, and developments

Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects

Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support

Coordinate with business stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery

Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user training materials

Ensure smooth integration between SAP CRM and other SAP/non-SAP systems

Required Skills

7+ years of SAP CRM functional experience

Strong expertise in SAP CRM functional architecture and configuration

Experience in SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules

Knowledge of SAP ECC / S4HANA integrations

Hands-on experience in business process analysis and solution design

Experience in support, rollout, and implementation projects

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
