Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant/Developer with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
• Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Configure Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Work on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data management
• Develop workflows, process builder flows, and automation
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in:
  • Apex programming and triggers
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura
  • Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, workflows)
• Experience in:
  • Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL tools)
• Knowledge of:
  • Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
  • SOQL, SOSL
• Familiarity with:
  • Git/version control systems
  • CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder)
• Experience with:
  • Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
  • Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud (basic exposure)
• Knowledge of:
  • MuleSoft or other middleware tools
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
