Requirement Clarification: Serving as the first point of contact for the development team to explain complex user stories.

Agile Facilitation: Assisting in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; often leading daily stand-ups.

Salesforce Administration: Performing basic tool administration and identifying where native platform capabilities can fulfill needs with minimal custom code.

Stakeholder Liaison: Reporting project status and risks to stakeholders while escalating critical strategic decisions to the primary PO/BA
