Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Associate Architect to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform capabilities, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and technical delivery.

The Associate Architect will collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring adherence to platform best practices and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Support the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Assist in defining solution architecture aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Create high-level and low-level design documents, process flows, and solution blueprints.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical governance discussions.

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs.
• Conduct workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations.
• Provide recommendations on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.

Platform & Technical Delivery

• Support configuration and implementation activities across Salesforce Clouds.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Review technical designs, integrations, and custom development approaches.
• Assist in data migration, integration, and deployment planning.

Integration & Data Management

• Support integration architecture involving Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Assist in designing data models, security frameworks, and data governance processes.
• Participate in Data Cloud, CDP, and customer data management initiatives where applicable.

Governance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform best practices and security standards.
• Support release management, deployment planning, and environment strategy.
• Participate in testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Salesforce Expertise

• 610 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Marketing Cloud (preferred)
• Salesforce Data Cloud (preferred)

Architecture & Design

• Understanding of Salesforce architecture principles and solution design patterns.
• Experience creating solution design documents and architecture diagrams.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API-based architectures.

Technical Knowledge

• Experience with:
• Flows
• Process Automation
• Data Migration
• Security & Sharing Models
• Reports & Dashboards
• Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce development concepts is preferred.

Business & Consulting Skills

• Requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Process mapping and business analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or other marketing automation platforms.
