Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.
Define data model, security model, and integration architecture aligned with banking standards.
Ensure platform scalability, compliance, and performance optimization.
Hand-on experience on multiple salesforce cloud implementation or complex banking integrations is an advantage.
Should have Integration experience on MuleSoft or Boomi
