Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) and Gearset (DevOps tool). The ideal candidate will support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and manage Salesforce deployments, version control, and release management using Gearset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, permissions)
• Configure and support Salesforce CPQ (product setup, pricing, discounting, quoting)
• Manage Revenue Cloud Billing (subscriptions, invoicing, revenue processes)
• Handle Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle including contracts, renewals, and amendments
• Use Gearset for:
• Deployments across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
• Version control integration (Git-based)
• CI/CD pipeline setup and automation
• Monitoring deployments and resolving conflicts
• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, workflows, reports, dashboards
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders for enhancements
• Troubleshoot production issues and support releases

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Administration
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Good knowledge of Revenue Cloud / Billing
• Experience with Gearset (DevOps for Salesforce)
• Understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git)
• Experience in Flows, validation rules, reporting
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of Q2C lifecycle
