Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user access (roles, profiles, permission sets)
• Maintain security model, sharing rules & data visibility
• Support SOC/SOX compliance, audits, and security policies
• Monitor system performance and governance limits
• Build basic automation (Flows) and support integrations (AWS/Python)

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of: o User management (profiles, roles, permission sets).
• Salesforce security model. o Governor limits and platform constraints.
• Experience supporting SOC/SOX audits and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Setup, Reports, and Dashboards.

Good to Have

• Exposure to AWS (S3, IAM, Lambda)
• Basic Python scripting
• Experience with IAM (SSO, OAuth) or DevOps tools
