Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and customer-centric Sales Specialist, Lending with strong leadership experience to drive the distribution of supply chain finance, personal loans, and business loans to distributors and retailers.

This role requires ownership across the entire customer lifecycle, from lead engagement to loan disbursal and post-sales onboarding, while also managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with distributors and retailers to understand their financing needs and explain relevant lending products.
  • Provide pre-sales support by handling product inquiries, eligibility checks, and documentation assistance for supply chain finance loans.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Credit teams to ensure the timely processing of applications and address customer queries related to approval, documentation, and disbursal.
  • Deliver post-sales onboarding, ensuring customers are well-versed with repayment schedules, usage processes, and loan management through the Pice platform.
  • Follow up with leads and assist in nurturing them through the conversion funnel, helping drive product adoption.
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship.
  • Stay informed on lending policies, compliance norms, and market trends to better guide customer conversations.


Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, inside sales, or lending operations within fintech or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience in personal loans and business loans is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of at least 10 members.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (additional Indian languages are a plus).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer handling abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and digital lending platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve conversion metrics.
