Job Title-Counsellor

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions/related counseling roles.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in domains such as Cinema, Music,

Animation, Mass Communication, and other creative/academic fields.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Calling & Lead Management

Make outbound calls to prospective students as per the calling SOP.

Counsel and guide students regarding courses and admission procedures.

Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions.

Adherence to admission targets and timelines.

Maintaining a professional approach while interacting with students and parents.

2. Walk-ins & Counselling

Attend and manage student walk-ins at the campus.

Provide detailed course counseling and resolve queries.

Assist in converting walk-ins into confirmed admissions.

3. CRM (LSQ) Management

Maintain and update all student data accurately on LSQ.

Track leads, follow-ups, and admission status on the CRM.

Ensure proper documentation and data hygiene within the system.

Sales Specialist
