Company Description:

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support our high-performance sales team by managing CRM processes, sales data, lead lifecycle, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 5 years of experience who have a strong interest in technology, cybersecurity, and sales operations.


Role Description

  • Manage and maintain CRM platforms (lead entry, updates, pipeline tracking)
  • Track and monitor sales funnel, lead status, and deal progress
  • Coordinate with the sales team for demo scheduling, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales orders, proposals, and client interactions
  • Generate and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and sales performance metrics
  • Support in lead qualification and data enrichment activities
  • Maintain database hygiene and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems
  • Assist in pre-sales coordination and proposal documentation
  • Work closely with the marketing team to track campaign leads and conversions
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Support in preparing client presentations and sales collateral
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in sales operations
  • Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, delivery) for deal closure
  • Ensure adherence to defined sales processes and SLAs


Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field

MBA (Sales/Marketing/Operations) Preferred but not mandatory

05 years of experience in sales operations / CRM / business support roles

Freshers with a strong technical and analytical mindset are encouraged

Good understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot)

Strong technical awareness (basic understanding of IT / cybersecurity / SaaS)

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of sales lifecycle and pipeline management

Exposure to B2B sales environment

Knowledge of cybersecurity services or SaaS products is preferred

  • Familiarity with lead management and marketing automation tools
