Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for interacting with counsellors of Propelld partnered training
Institutes.
Interacting and following up with student borrowers
Co-ordinating for loan process approval, logistics and documentation to
final disbursal of loan to the student.
Maintaining customer focus at all times and responding to customer
enquiries over email, phone and chat.
Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of
the company.
Capturing customer feedback and channelizing to internal teams for
appropriate action.
Monitoring real-time dashboards and coordinating with experts whenever required.
Required SkillSet:
Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person;
Strong multi-tasking skills;
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Qualifications:
- Freshers can apply
- Strong communication in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of education loan products and the education sector is a plus.
