Key Responsibilities:
Lead Follow-up & Lead Management
CRM Management & Data Updating
Excel Reporting & Database Maintenance
Client Relationship Management
Site Visit Coordination
Customer Communication & Support
Property Presentations and Sales Assistance
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Professional etiquette and customer-centric approach
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory
Own vehicle preferred
