We're hiring a Sales Executive who's hungry, street-smart, and doesn't wait for leads to walk in.

What you'll do

Generate leads referrals, digital inquiries, follow-ups

Meet clients and conduct site visits understand needs, pitch solutions

Prepare proposals and estimates using our CRM and internal tools

Nurture leads relentlessly through the pipeline to closure

Build relationships with school principals, RWA heads, corporates, and sports academies

Log every call, every meeting, every deal CRM is your daily habit

Hit monthly targets: 150+ calls, 15-20 meetings, 10+ proposals, 1-2 deals closed

Who we're looking for

410 yrs B2B sales | construction, real estate, education, or similar

Strong Hindi + English you can pitch to a school principal and a corporate FM

Hustler mindset you create opportunities, not excuses

Basic CRM comfort

Bonus: contacts in schools, housing societies, or sports academies
