Growth Associate (Inbound Sales)
Location: Bangalore (Church Street) In-Office
About the Role
Were looking for a high-ownership, execution-first Sales Development Representative (Inbound Sales) who can do more than just talk, someone who can think fast, build trust, and close deals.
This is a fully in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys speaking with real customers, and wants to directly drive revenue.
What Were Looking ForExperience & Mindset
- 1+ years of experience in end-to-end sales (preferably in startups)
- Experience in inbound / inside sales
- Not from purely corporate or enterprise-heavy sales backgrounds
- Strong hustler mindset ability to move fast and execute the same day
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Communication & Thinking
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong articulation and clarity of thought
- Ability to quickly understand customer context and intent
Decision-Making & Ownership
- Strong numerical and analytical thinking
- Good judgment in:
- Prioritising leads
- Managing time effectively
- Offering/withholding discounts strategically
Relationship Skills
- Exceptional at building rapport quickly
- Able to establish trust with founders, marketers, and decision-makers
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience selling creative services, ads, or media solutions
- Background in creative or marketing agencies
What Youll Do
- Own and manage inbound leads from website, demos, campaigns, and partnerships
- Deeply qualify prospects:
- Use case
- Team structure
- Content workflows
- Budget and timelines
- Conduct product demos and clearly communicate Simoras value proposition
- Help prospects understand how Simora fits into their workflow
- Drive deals forward with consistent follow-ups (calls + email)
- Handle objections around pricing, adoption, and use cases confidently
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle (for small to mid-sized deals)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM / lead trackers
- Work closely with product and marketing teams

- Act as the voice of the customer internally
