Job Description

Role Overview:

Youll be the first point of contact for our potential clients handling inbound queries, understanding their requirements, and qualifying leads before sharing them with our sales team.


What Youll Do:

Handle inbound client queries (calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.)

Understand client needs and provide initial assistance

Identify and qualify potential leads

Maintain lead data and updates in the CRM system

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth conversions


Who Can Apply:

Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience

Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi both)

Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
