Role Description

This is not a passive sales role.

We are hiring a high-energy SDR who can:

-Break into enterprise accounts -Engage Marketing Heads & CXOs -Build a strong, high-quality pipeline

If you enjoy cracking tough accounts and getting replies from people who usually dont reply this role is for you.


Qualifications

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach
  • Execute sharp LinkedIn, email & call-based engagement (no mass messaging)
  • Connect with Marketing Heads, Brand Leaders & Decision Makers
  • Qualify opportunities based on real business needs
  • Book high-quality meetings for senior leadership
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Consistently deliver on outreach meeting conversion


What Were Looking For

  • 2 4 years in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales roles
  • Experience in creative / branding / print / digital services (preferred)
  • Strong communication & personalization skills
  • Hunter mindset with resilience and curiosity
  • Ability to understand marketing challenges & position value
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setup

  • Compensation: Strong fixed + high-performance incentives
  • Reporting To: Head of Sales
