Role Description: AI SDR


This role is built around breaking into US mid-sized companies and generating qualified pipeline through a combination of high-quality cold calling, sharp outbound, and intelligent prospecting. While cold calling is a key channel, success comes from how well you research accounts, craft strong hooks, handle live conversations, and create genuine buying interest.

You'll also be setting up the sales stack and outbound process from the ground up there's no existing CRM, dialer, or sequence infrastructure. You'll build it alongside Satvik (Head of GTM).

A Glimpse into your day-to-day:


  • Execute high-volume US-focused cold calling targeting customer support, CX, and operations leaders at mid-sized companies. This role is exclusively US outbound.
  • Convert inbound leads into booked demos our GTM system generates leads; your job is to work them quickly via calls and email, qualify interest, and book qualified demos.
  • Leverage AI tools (Clay, Apollo, etc.) for account research, personalization, and signal-based outreach.
  • Stand up and own the sales tooling evaluate and implement the CRM, dialer, sequencing, and enrichment tools from scratch.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of outreach, meetings, and pipeline.
  • Continuously test messaging, sequences, and channels to improve reply rates and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM team and founders on ICP refinement, messaging, and deal context.


Who we're looking for:


  • 1+ years in a B2B SaaS SDR/BDR role with cold calling experience (non-negotiable).
  • US cold calling experience mandatory. You must be comfortable calling US prospects, navigating time zones, and holding confident conversations with American IT/CX buyers.
  • Strong understanding of outbound fundamentals (sequencing, personalization, deliverability basics).
  • AI-native mindset you actively use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, AI sales assistants) for productivity, research, and workflow automation. Bonus if you can show us your setup.
  • Builder mentality comfort setting up tools and processes from scratch in an unstructured environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft non-generic outreach.
  • High ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
