RFP/RFI Documents Creator-Analyst

We are looking for a Proposal Writing Associate to support Proposal & Pursuit Strategy team. If you have a flair for writing, attention to detail, and enjoy transforming complex ideas into clear, client-focused contentthis opportunity is for you.

What Youll Do

• Develop, write, edit, and format high-quality proposal responses (RFPs, RFIs, RFx)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and craft compelling content
• Ensure proposals are compliant, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency
• Support preparation of presentations and sales collateral

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of English (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Word & PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
