Role Overview

This is a high-impact, execution focused internship sitting at the intersection of revenue, retention, and customer experience. You'll work closely with our Revenue and Billing Ops teams to convert monthly subscribers into longer-term plans, improve customer lifetime value, and reduce churn all while building real skills in sales operations, communication, and data tracking.


What You'll Do


Upsell & Conversion Support

  • Reach out to parents to convert them from short monthly plans into 23 month commitments
  • Support the team in owning revenue targets across Low & Medium AR customer segments


Objection Handling

  • Research and compile responses to common parent objections
  • Assist in building a live objection-handling reference guide for the team


Data & Reporting

  • Track conversion rates, ARPU movement, and retention metrics
  • Identify trends across countries or customer cohorts and flag opportunities


What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or dashboards
  • Bias for action, you follow through, not just plan
  • Interest in edtech, subscription businesses, or consumer sales is a plus

Education: Bachelors degree


Stipend: INR 22,000-25,000/month
