Retail QA Tester (End-to-End eCommerce)

Job Overview:

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Retail QA Testers with a strong testing mindset to handle end-to-end eCommerce testing. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience across the retail technology landscape, including SAP Commerce, Retail POS, and ERP systems. This role is strictly for testing professionals, not functional consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end testing across eCommerce platforms, from SAP Commerce to Retail POS and ERP systems
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
• Validate system integrations and data flow across multiple retail systems
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality delivery within defined timelines

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a QA/Test Engineer in retail or eCommerce domain
• Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris), Retail POS systems, and ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of end-to-end retail workflows (Order to Cash, Inventory, Billing, etc.)
• Solid experience in functional, integration, and system testing
• Strong defect management and debugging skills
• Good understanding of test methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with test automation tools is a plus
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
